Serving size: 2 smoothies
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 medium size banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup Greek or coconut yogurt
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1-1/4 cup almond milk or other milk alternative
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
How to make Smoothie:
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. (1-3 minutes depending on blender)
- Recommend frozen fruits as they will create a more thicker smoothie. If you don’t have frozen fruits simply add 1/2 a cup of ice to the blender.
- Once blended, divide mixture between 2 cups for serving.
- Add an assortment of berries on top as garnish and serve with a straw or spoon.
